Our Ethos

At Danegrove Primary School, our ethos is rooted in providing a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels supported and valued. At Danegrove Primary School, our eight core values - chosen collaboratively by our children, staff, and governors - shape everything we do. We foster respect and empathy to ensure a caring and inclusive community where every individual is valued. We encourage independence and teamwork, helping our pupils to grow confidently while working together towards common goals.
