Sports Premium

The government allocates additional funding to schools which is to be spent on sport in school.

The aim is to increase sport provision for children and also to improve the quality of the provision they receive.

The total amount of Sports Premium received for 2023-2024 was £22,300.

Danegrove Primary School is committed to providing high quality sports experiences to all of its pupils in competitive and non-competitive environments, in order to develop a love of physical activity that will lead to embedded healthy lifestyle choices.

With the help of The Barnet Partnership for School Sport, Danegrove strives to ensure all its pupils enjoy sport, are active and see exercise as a natural part of a healthy lifestyle.
