Welcome Year 4!

Welcome to Year 4, we are so excited to start a new school year with you! We hope that your  holiday was filled with memorable experiences and one where you got to spend time with your family and loved ones.

The school day will be similar to Year 3. In the mornings, the children will have Destination Reader, English and Numeracy lessons, while in the afternoons there will be a combination of Integrated Studies, Science, Art/D.T, P.E. and ICT lessons. We will also be assessing the children in the first half term, to enable us to get a clearer understanding of where children might have some gaps in their knowledge and understanding.

We know that there have been many changes in the world around us and we will be working hard to establish our classrooms as happy, challenging, comfortable, safe learning environments, where we encourage the children to do their personal best.
